AGM Statement
Cheerful Scout Plc, the AIM-traded multi-media specialist, held its Annual General Meeting today and all resolutions were duly passed.
Stuart Appleton, Chairman of Cheerful, made the following statement:
"With a healthy balance sheet, focussed team and strong client list, I believe we are well positioned for growth during 2010. The economy is undoubtedly improving and with it, so is interest in our offerings. Our corporate communications solutions division is performing well, experiencing increased activity and new business flow, whilst the DVD oriented design and technical services division is performing in line with expectations. In tandem with this, we are reviewing various other growth opportunities."
