Liontrust Asset Management plc
Result of AGM
At the Annual General Meeting of Liontrust Asset Management plc held today all ten resolutions contained in the notice and put to the meeting were unanimously passed on a show of hands. The percentage of proxy votes cast in favour of the resolutions ranged from 90.54% to 99.95%.
The full text of the resolutions passed as Special Business at the Annual General Meeting has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document viewing Facility, which is situated at:
