Result of AGM
The Board of NWIG is pleased to announce, that at the AGM held today, all resolutions were passed.
The sub-division of the Company's ordinary shares will take effect tomorrow 8 June 2011. The new shares shall carry the same rights in all respects as the Existing Shares, including voting rights and rights to participate in the dividends of the Company.
The new ISIN number for the new ordinary shares will be VGG666521197
