INMARSAT PLC - ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - 3 May 2011
Inmarsat plc (the 'Company') announces that at its Annual General Meeting held on 3 May 2011 at 10am at 99 City Road, London EC1Y 1AX, all resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 29 March 2011 were passed. In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.18, a summary of the resolutions passed and details of the proxy votes received are detailed below.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2, copies of all the resolutions passed by the Company at its Annual General Meeting have been submitted to the National Storage mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.hemscott/nsm.do
