Spectris plc Spectris plc Annual General Meeting 2010
At the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Spectris plc held today, all the Resolutions contained in the Notice of Meeting and put to the meeting were duly passed.
Details of the proxy votes received by the Company before the AGM in respect of each resolution are set out on the Company's website www.spectris.com
Copies of Special Resolutions passed at the AGM have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:
