Result of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
PROACTIS Holdings PLC ("PROACTIS", the "Group" or the "Company"), the specialist Spend Control software provider, is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM dated 22 November 2013 and proposed at its AGM held today, 16 December 2013, were passed.
In addition, Ms Berenice Smith, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, departs the Company, effective 16 December 2013. Mr Alan Aubrey will Chair the Audit Committee and Mr Rodney Potts will Chair the Remuneration Committee. The Company would like to thank Berenice for her work during her time on the Board, and wishes her well for the future.
The Company would like to thank those who attended its AGM today and the Board of directors welcomes the opportunity to meet investors as it continues to work for the benefit of all shareholders.
