Result of resolutions passed at Annual General Meeting
IndigoVision Group plc (the "Company") announces the results of voting on the resolutions at its annual general meeting ("AGM") held on 6 November 2008.
Resolutions 1 to 5 (inclusive) were passed on a show of hands as ordinary resolutions and resolution 6 was passed on a show of hands as a special resolution.
Details of the proxy votes received by the Company before the AGM in respect of each resolution are available on the Company's website (www.indigovision.com).
