Result of the Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that at its Annual General Meeting held on 18 November 2015, each of the Resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 17 September 2015 was duly passed on a show of hands, with Resolutions 5 and 6 passed after a poll. For Resolutions 5 and 6 the Company counted the votes of the independent shareholders (excluding the concert party) as well as all shareholders.
