Inland Homes plc, the brownfield developer and housebuilder focused on building residentially led developments for direct sale or on behalf of partner organisations, announces that all of the resolutions put forward at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held at 11.00am today, as set out in the Notice of AGM, were duly approved by shareholders.
