Result of Annual General Meeting
Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc, the AIM quoted West Africa, UK and Ireland focused oil and gas exploration and production company, announces the results of the 2024 Annual General Meeting held earlier today. Each of the ordinary resolutions (the "Ordinary Resolutions") set forth in the Notice convening the meeting (the "Notice") were passed, and the special resolutions (the "Special Resolutions") set forth in the Notice did not achieve the required 75% vote to pass.
The Ordinary Resolutions were passed on a show of hands.
