London Asia Chinese Private Equity Fund Limited

Result of AGM
The Company announces that at the Company's AGM, held earlier today at No.1, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3JX, all resolutions were duly passed, including the resolution to change the name of the Company to China Growth Opportunities Limited.
It is expected that the registration of the change of name with the Guernsey Registry will become effective in mid-November. A further announcement will be issued to confirm when the change of name becomes effective.
When the change of name takes effect, the Company's website, at which information required by rule 26 of the AIM Rules is available, will be changed to www.chinagrowthopportunities.com.
