RESULT OF AGM
Crossword Cybersecurity plc (AIM: CCS, "Crossword", the "Company" or the "Group"), the technology commercialisation company focusing exclusively on the cyber security sector, announces that, at its AGM held today, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.
On 15 April 2019, the Company announced that it had made an Investor Presentation. This was presented following the meeting today and is available to view on the Company's website at www.crosswordcybersecurity.com/aim-rule-26.
