Result of AGM
China Africa announces that its shareholders duly passed all of the resolutions proposed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today.
Further to the passing of resolution 7, to cancel the Company's share premium account, the Company will make application to the High Court to approve the capital reduction.
