Result of AGM

Telford Homes Plc (AIM:TEF), the London focused residential property developer, announces that at the Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

As previously announced David Holland has retired from the Board with effect from the end of the AGM.  The Directors would like to extend their sincere thanks to David and wish him well in his future endeavours. David's leadership during ten years as Chairman and his overall contribution throughout the last 15 years have been invaluable to the success of Telford Homes.

Following David's retirement, Frank Nelson has become the Senior Non-Executive Director.
