Results of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
The Board announces that at the AGM of the Company held in Jersey today, Roger Lewis and Svante Adde were duly re-elected as directors and all the other resolutions set out in the notice of meeting were proposed and passed by the requisite majorities. All resolutions were passed unanimously.
