RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Aminex PLC, the oil and gas company listed in London and Dublin ("Aminex" or the "Company") reports that, at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, all resolutions put to the meeting were passed. The full text of each resolution was included in the notice of the AGM of the Company circulated to Shareholders on 29 April 2013.
