Results of 2019 Annual General Meeting
London, UK, 27 March 2019 (LSE: PVG): At the Annual General Meeting of Premier Veterinary Group plc (the "Company") held this morning all resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 30 January 2019 were duly passed on a show of hands. PVG's services to third party veterinary practices, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Premier Vet Alliance Limited ("PVA"), include the administration and support of a preventative healthcare programme for pets branded "Premier Pet Care Plan" ("PPCP").
