Result of Annual General Meeting

Universe Group plc announces that at its Annual General Meeting held today, Resolutions 1-6 were put to the meeting and passed on a show of hands. Resolution 7, to dis-apply pre-emption rights, was put to the meeting on a poll and was not passed.
