Falkland Islands Holdings plc ("FIH"), the AIM quoted international group with specialist services businesses in the Falkland Islands and UK and which owns 12.8 million shares in Falkland Oil and Gas Limited ("FOGL"), announces that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed.
