6 December 2010 Conroy Diamonds and Gold P.l.c. ("Conroy" or "the Company") Result of AGM

Conroy announces that at the annual general meeting of the Company, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed, which included a resolution to approve the change of name of the Company to `Conroy Gold and Natural Resources plc'. A subsequent announcement will be released as and when the change takes effect.
