Results of Annual General Meeting
London, UK - 15th June 2016 - NetScientific plc ("NetScientific", AIM:NSCI), the transatlantic biomedical and healthcare technology group, announces that all resolutions proposed at today's Annual General Meeting, were duly passed.
NetScientific has over the past year undergone a transformation, with a rationalisation of its portfolio and restructuring of the management team, resulting in a streamlined group focused on holding majority positions and delivery and maximising shareholder value from its investments in digital health, diagnostics and therapeutics.
