RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING |
AIM and ASX listed Wildhorse Energy Limited ('WHE' or 'the Company') advises that the Company's Annual General Meeting was held today, 25 November 2014, at 12.00pm (WST).
The resolutions voted on were in accordance with the Notice of Annual General Meeting previously advised to the Australian Securities Exchange.
