Waterman Group plc, a leading engineering and environmental consultancy, is pleased to announce that at the Company's annual general meeting, held on 9 December 2016, all resolutions were duly passed.

The results of the proxy votes lodged in advance of the annual general meeting will shortly be available from the Waterman website at www.watermangroup.com.
