Results of Annual General Meeting
Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc confirms that shareholders duly passed, on a show of hands, all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting held on 6 May 2009.
Proxy votes were received from shareholders in respect of 269,378,624 shares amounting to 89.12% of the issued share capital. The total number of shares in issue is 302,259,861. A summary of proxy votes received will be available on the Company's website, www.millenniumhotels.co.uk.
