Results of Annual General Meeting
The Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting held today, 11 February 2016, were approved by Shareholders on a show of hands. The final dividend of 6.25 pence per share in respect of the financial year ended 30 September 2015 will be paid to Shareholders on 19 February 2016.
