Origo's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held earlier today passed all resolutions including receiving and adopting the Company's audited 2019 accounts (97.31% in favour, 2.69% against); (ii) reappointing Lubbock Fine as auditors (100% in favour, 0% against); and (iii) reappointing Philip Scales as a Company director (91.73% in favour, 8.27% against).
