Result of Annual General Meeting

The Board of Mentum today announces that Resolutions 1, 4 and 5, as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting sent to shareholders on 10 March 2011 were put to shareholders and duly passed.

Resolutions 2 and 3, relating to the proposed reappointment of David Phipps and Andy Dobie, were not put to the meeting as they ceased to be Directors of the Company on 14 March 2011.
