Result of Annual General Meeting
Sanne, the global provider of alternative asset and corporate services, announces that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held earlier today. All of resolutions presented at the AGM were put to the meeting on a poll and were passed by the Company's shareholders.
The results of the poll, incorporating proxy votes lodged in advance of the meeting, are set out below:

2. Votes "For" and "Against" are expressed as a percentage of votes received.
3. A "Vote Withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of the % of shares voted "For" or "Against" a resolution.
4. The issued share capital as at 17 May 2021, the day on which shareholders had to be on the register in order to be eligible to vote, was 162,277,287 (including Treasury Shares). The Company held 98,533 shares in Treasury, which do not carry any voting rights; therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at the voting record date was 162,178,754.
In accordance with LR 9.6.2, copies of the resolutions passed as special business have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
