Result of AGM
Trading Emissions plc is pleased to announce that, at the Annual General Meeting held yesterday, all proposed resolutions were duly passed.
Further to the announcement made on 17th December 2012 the Board announces that a new Investment Advisory Agreement with EEA Fund Management Limited ("EEA") has now been signed in accordance with the terms outlined in the 17th December announcement.
The Company also announces that it has renegotiated the repayment terms of the balance of €2 million of the loan made by EEA Group Limited (which was repayable on 31 December 2012) to Surya plc (the holding company of the TEP Solar Group) to partly fund the TEP Solar acquisitions. The new loan repayment terms are upon the earlier of (i) the refinancing from third parties of the Librandello project (ii) the sale of Surya plc, any of its subsidiaries or any of their assets and (iii) termination of the Investment Advisory Agreement.
