Result of AGM

Sirius Real Estate announces that at its AGM held earlier today, six resolutions were passed by shareholders. Resolutions three and four relating to the re-election as Directors of Amanda Spring and Justin Schaefer were not passed.

As a result, Amanda Spring and Justin Schaefer will stand down from the Board with immediate effect.
