Connemara Mining Company plc ("Connemara") (AIM: CON), the diversified exploration company with assets in base metal zinc, lead, and gold exploration licences across Ireland, announces at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today in Dublin that all resolutions put to the AGM were duly passed.
