AGM resolutions passed and company name change to Ebiquity plc
At today's Annual General Meeting of Thomson Intermedia plc (AIM: THN), all the resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
This included the approval of the name change from Thomson Intermedia plc to Ebiquity plc which will become effective from 9 September 2008. The Group's new AIM ticker will be EBQ (this change is expected to take place on 10 September 2008).
