Result of AGM
zamano PLC (AIM:ZMNO, IEX:ZAZ), a leading provider of interactive applications and services to mobile devices, announces that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Group's Annual General Meeting held today were duly passed.
The Group also announces that it has been informed that John Michael Watson ('Mike'), Non-Executive Director of zamano retired as a Non-Executive Director of Spectrum Interactive plc on 22 February 2009, and that Colin Tucker, Non-Executive Director of zamano, ceased to be a Non-Executive Director of Morse plc on 28 June 2007, when the demerger with Monitise plc was completed. He has been a Non-Executive Director of Monitise plc since the demerger.
