Result of Annual General Meeting |
Flowtech Fluidpower PLC (AIM.FLO) is pleased to announce that at today's Annual General Meeting, all resolutions were duly passed.
DIVIDEND
Following Shareholder approval, a final dividend of 3.50 pence per share will be paid on 24 June 2016 to Members on the Register as at 3 June 2016. This, together with the interim dividend of 1.75p (paid on 23 October 2015), brings the total paid for the year to 5.25 pence (2014: 5.00p).
