Result of AGM
The Company is pleased to announce that the resolutions proposed at today's AGM were passed. As previously announced, the resolution relating to the approval of the 2016 Annual Report & Accounts has been adjourned and will be proposed at a separate general meeting of the Company to be held on 28 July 2017, notice of which was posted to shareholders today.
