Result of Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors of Global Brands is pleased to announce that at today's AGM, all resolutions were duly passed. Following the passage of all resolutions the board would also like to welcome Rhys Davies to the board. As announced on 27 May 2011, his appointment, following Luxemburg law, was subject to approval by shareholders at the AGM.
