Result of AGM
Tricorn (AIM:TCN.L), the AIM listed tube manipulation specialist, is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting held at 11.00am today were passed.
In accordance with usual practice Tricorn will comment on its first half business performance in a trading update to be issued on or around 10th October 2018.
