At the meeting, the Chairman, Don Cruickshank, introduced a brief management presentation on the recent acquisition of 24-7 Entertainment ("24-7") from MediaMarktSaturn ("MMS") (the "Acquisition") and the signing of significant contracts with MMS for the development of new digital services.
