Hydro International PLC17 June 2005 Hydro International plc Results of AGM At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today all resolutions wereduly passed with the exception of the special resolutions 6 and 7, which werewithdrawn and not proposed at the meeting at the request of shareholders holdingin excess of 25 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Resolutions 6 and 7 related to the issue of further ordinary shares and theissue of further ordinary shares other than on a pre-emptive basis toshareholders.
