Result of Annual General Meeting
Synergy Health PLC (SYR.L), a leading provider of specialist outsourced services to healthcare providers and customers concerned with health management in the UK and Ireland, Europe and the Middle East and Asia and Africa, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions were duly passed.
Details of the resolutions passed as Special Business at the Annual General Meeting have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be made available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Documents Viewing Facility, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
