Informa plc announces that at today's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") all resolutions put to shareholders were passed on a show of hands.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, two copies of each of all the resolutions have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the document viewing facility of the UK Listing Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS, Tel: 020 7066 1000.
