RESULTS OF AGM
UK COAL Plc announces that at its AGM held on Friday 22 June 2012, all resolutions in the Notice of Meeting were passed by all the necessary majority.
The results of the polls on the resolutions are shown in the table below and will be posted on the Company's website, www.ukcoal.com.
