The Company announces that, at its Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

The Company confirms that trading in the year to date has been in line with market expectations. Jaywing is continuing to successfully implement its strategy of tightening its operational focus, creating a low risk international platform and innovating in data science.
