Result of Annual General Meeting
At the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, all the resolutions were passed by shareholders on a show of hands.
At the record date for the meeting the total number of voting rights in the Company stood at 36,301,187 and the total ordinary shares in issue were 37,051,187.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2 copies of all resolutions passed, other than ordinary business, will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority for publication through the National Storage Mechanism where they will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do
