Result of AGM and change of directorate
At the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.
The Company also announces that IT Director Graham Campbell has decided to stand down from the Board with immediate effect. The Board of 32Red wishes to thank Graham for his significant contribution to the development of the business since 2002 and wishes him the very best for the future. The Company will engage Graham on a consultancy basis going forward.
