Result of Annual General Meeting

and

Directorate Change

The Board of Leed announces that, at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

In addition, following today's Annual General Meeting, Mr Anthony Norman Stalker has been appointed to the Board.

Mr Stalker, aged 51, is a partner at ADM Capital Europe LLP, the European arm of ADM Capital, a US$1.6bn private equity and special situations fund management company headquartered in Hong Kong. Mr. Stalker joined ADM Capital Europe in 2005 after a career in investment banking, having previously worked at Merrill Lynch as Managing Director, Equities. Mr. Stalker holds an MA and BA from Cambridge University, England and an MBA from the University of California. Mr. Stalker has wide business and investment banking knowledge and brings valuable skills and experience to the board.

Mr Stalker will fill the office being vacated by Mr Stephen Fleming who, as stated in the Annual Report 2010, has decided to resign following today's Annual General Meeting.

As part of his role representing ADM Capital's private equity investment portfolio, Mr Stalker is currently a director of ADM Capital Partners Limited, ADM CEECAT Investments Limited, ADM KCRF Investments Limited, ADM Gladius Fund Ltd., Haskoy Dis Ticaret A.S.

İstanbul Çorap Sanayi Ananim Şirketi, Penguen Gida S.A.. He is also a director of Ellis Brady Management.

In the previous five years Mr Stalker's directorships also included AFI Master Fund, Ltd., Azure Fixed Income Fund, Ltd., Azure India Real Estate Fund Limited, Compass Capital Preservation Fund, Ltd., Compass Global Equity Fund, Ltd., Compass Global Fixed Income Fund, Ltd..

Mr. Stalker does not hold shares in the Company. There is no other information required to be disclosed under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
