Result of Annual General Meeting and General Meeting
The Board of Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") announces that the resolutions proposed at both the Annual General Meeting and General Meeting of the Company held on 13 May 2008 were all duly passed.
Copies of the proposed new Articles of Association of the Company were submitted to the FSA on 10 April 2008 pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.1 and DTR 6.1.2. Following comments from certain bodies representing institutional shareholders, the new Articles of Association adopted at the AGM do not incorporate any dispute resolution provisions, In light of this non-material change, these adopted Articles of Association will be available for inspection both at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility and on the Company's website www.dunedin.com on the Investor Relations page.
In accordance with the Listing Rules, copies of the resolutions proposed and passed as special business and the newly adopted Articles of Association have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:
