Save for Resolutions 20 to 22b, there were norestrictions on any shareholders to cast votes on any of the Resolutionsproposed at the AGM, and there was no share entitling the holders to attend andvote only against the Resolutions at the AGM. The scrutineer of the poll wasComputershare Investor Services PLC. Temasek and its associates control the exercise of 12 per cent of the votingrights of the Company and had abstained from voting at the AGM in respect ofResolutions 20 to 22b. N.B. In accordance with the Company's Articles of Association, on a poll everymember shall have one vote for every four shares held.
