Result of General Meeting

Telecom plus PLC (trading as the Utility Warehouse), which supplies a wide range of utility services (gas, electricity, fixed line telephony, mobile telephony and broadband internet) to both residential and business customers, announces that at the general meeting of the Company held earlier today the resolutions put to shareholders of the Company were duly passed.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2, two copies of the resolutions passed at the meeting have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS.

Details of the proxy votes received in advance of the meeting will also shortly be available on the Company's website www.telecomplus.co.uk.
