RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Company is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions were passed on a show of hands.

Copies of the resolutions passed, other than resolutions constituting ordinary business, will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism via www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
